Mountain Trail

Attending a mountain trail clinic is a fantastic way to elevate your horsemanship skills from the ground up. In the process of creating a solid trail partnership, safety will be prioritized as horse and rider navigate our 90 obstacle trail course. Groundwork and lead rope management will be prioritized as benign to more challenging obstacles are navigated. These skills will flow over to the saddle to help your equine partner become a bold, thoughtful and brave trail companion.

Fear can easily rise up for either partner while practicing new trail skills. Strategies for both riders and their equine partners to help regulate nervous systems will be taught and utilized in a compassionate and understanding environment.

A solid trail horse is worth his weight in gold. Building that self-confidence in a horse and trust in their partner, requires rider leadership skills that must be safely executed. This clinic will prepare you to be that leader.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not offered, but you may reschedule once within that year. To reschedule, please contact us at least seven weeks before your course date. There is a $200 rescheduling fee, valid only within the original booking year and if space is available.
