Riding Through Fear Clinic
Immerse yourself in a powerful 3-day journey aimed at understanding and overcoming the fears that can hinder our connection with horses. This clinic invites riders of all backgrounds to engage in enlightening discussions about the physiological effects of fear on our nervous system and how this can affect the relationship with our equine partners.
Together we will explore vital concepts such as effective communication and selfregulation techniques while incorporating both somatic and cognitive strategies both in and out of the saddle. Learn and grow in a supportive environment where the shared goal of exercising our innate abilities of co-regulating our nervous system with that of our horse, to create confidence in that partnership
This clinic will have two instructors, one will go in-depth into the horses’ nervous system and the behaviors that are attached, the other will help guide from the human side.
